Pet People Care! This means that every pet and their owners have a face to face meeting before the pet is registered with us. So, if we feel we cannot support you and your pet’s needs fully – we will say so. We would rather decline business, than take on the care of a pet we don’t feel we could support.

Personalised Care Plan – Every pet has a personally tailored care plan. You know your pet best – you are the expert so - just like when a human is cared for by others - our pets deserve a personal care plan too. So we know their loves, their hates and their funny little ways, which means we can keep them safe and respond to any illnesses quickly. With easy to book online services, safety and security are key to our service.

Pet Taxi & Ambulance Service.

Whatever the reason for the journey, our specially equipped van meets DEFRA requirements. Our experienced driver is qualified in the safe transportation of animals and in canine and feline first aid. We can also transport caged animals. We operate in Central England, call for more info and discuss your needs.
If we can’t help, we could know someone who can.

  • ★ Our Pet Taxi and Ambulance (the Pet-mobile) – We can collect your pet to go for vet checks, treatment, grooming when you are moving house etc. We often use this vehicle for longer dog walks, but if not, we discuss how you want your pet secured and transported and full risk assessments are carried out.

    ★ Pet Breeders and Pet Charities – Can also use our services to take animals to their ‘forever home’.

    ★ Our vehicle is registered with DEFRA – To carry your pets safely, it is adapted to Police Dog standards and is fully air vented, so we can extract stale air and pull in the fresh air - for the optimum welfare of your pets. Between every use, the vehicle is disinfected to support optimum infection control and even in transit, we carry a pet first aid kits. In emergencies, we can help 24hrs a day.

    ★ Stand By Service – What would happen if your or a relative were rushed into hospital or you are suddenly called away on business – who would care for the pets? If your home is flooded or there is a family crisis, we know this is a real issue for families. Our unique ‘Stand By Service’ means that should you face such an emergency, the pets will already be registered with us and have a tailored care plan and access secured with us, so we can step in to help.

    We can make pet ownership possible as many people decide they can’t have a pet, because of what would happen in an emergency. Our ‘Standby Service’ gives them to confidence to become a pet owner. Low-cost stand-by care that matters - when your need it most.
